BY CAR

BY FERRY

​

Brittany Ferries operate from Plymouth to Roscoff and from Portsmouth to St Malo. The Roscoff ferry is just 50 miles from Coz Veil, St Malo is a little further at 125 miles.  Ticket prices are flexible depending on demand.  Fares are from £115 each way for a car and two passengers plus £43 per cabin overnight.

BY FAST FERRY

​

Condor Ferries operate from Poole to St Malo.  Some sailings include a change of craft in Jersey or Guernsey.

​

Ticket prices are flexible depending on demand, the earlier you book the cheaper.  Budget for £130 plus each way for a car and two passengers, but watch out for special offers.

BY AIR

​

FlyBe fly to Brest (30 miles away) from Southampton and Birmingham. 

​

Ryanair fly to Dinard and Nantes (both about 2-3 hours away).

​

Air France has recently introduced flights between Brest and London City Airport.

​

Prices are demand responsive so vary dependent on date and bookings, but can be as cheap as £30 each way including taxes and charges.

​

Once at the airport you can hire a car for about £100 a week.

BY TRAIN

​

Eurostar and TGV.     Trains from London St Pancras International to Paris, link with TGV services to Brest or Quimper, with connecting train to Chateaulin. 

​

Ticket prices are relatively high, although the French Railways have regular advance fare offers.
